- HistoryCompany History Hallmark Group, also known as Hallmark Capital Group, LLC (HCG) was founded in 2002 as a national government support services, disaster recovery, and construction management organization. HCG’s business approach to company growth has resulted in a diversified and flexible organization. Through the coordination of our family of companies and strategic partnering alliances, HCG is able to deliver the full spectrum of their core competencies to clients worldwide, while maintaining a commitment to its employees and to the communities in which we work. HCG is backed by a management group with over 75 years of contracting experience. HCG is certified as an 8(a), HUB Zone, and Small Disadvantaged Business firm with the U.S. Small Business Administration. Additionally, HCG is certified as a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) with the National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC) and is a member of the National Association of Minority Contractors. HCG is a woman-owned and veteran-owned business. HCG and its affiliates are comprised into two business divisions or units: construction services and government support services.
